Returns and exchanges

We hope this order makes you feel beautiful!  And we hope that you are delighted with your purchase: however should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, please note we will accept returns sent back within 45 days of shipping. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.  

NOTE: For all exchanges and refunds, we require that you contact us before sending anything back.  Please e-mail info@katalinda.com with your order number, shipment tracking number and order confirmation reference.

All refunds will be made to the original card used for purchased items.

What products can be Returned?

Any item(s) purchased online or by phone may be exchanged or returned be within 45 days from the day of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS:

Items where sewn-in garment tags have been cut out or tags removed. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on all panties

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.

Discount or sale items

All discounted items will be FINAL SALE

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time sent back to receive and process your return/exchange

Lost or Damage in shipping

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.  KataLinda Co. is not liable for any damages incurred during transit; it lies within the responsibility of the local carrier. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. KataLinda Co. does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
